The Role:
We are seeking a confident and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, guiding them through every step of the sales process — from identifying their needs to viewing properties and securing their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualify and register potential candidates

Match candidates with suitable properties

Conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers

Provide outstanding service to clients throughout their property journey
