While we were there, we were delighted to see John Williams, the legendary composer behind the iconic Star Wars music, featured in the city’s fantastic concert programme.

A huge congratulations to Amanda, who is celebrating an incredible 10 years at Harry Charles Estate Agents!
Amanda started with us part-time in our Property Management Department, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her career in estate agency. It wasn’t long before her talent, energy and dedication shone through, and she went on to become our Office Manager, leading our fantastic Property Management team and overseeing an impressive 400 rental properties.
Amanda is an energetic, dedicated and truly amazing member of our team. She is highly respected and held in great esteem by our landlords, customers and suppliers alike, a testament to the relationships she has built over the past decade.
And, of course, Billy the dog would also like to extend his very best congratulations!

Leone and Amanda attended the Watford Borough Council Town Hall meeting alongside five other industry specialists to present on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 to a room of 90 landlords.
During the session, all delegates received the new government guidance document that must be provided to all tenants before 31 May to remain compliant. We discussed how the new legislation will impact every stage of the rental process — from advertising and tenant referencing, through to tenancy management and post-tenancy procedures, including the updated Section 8 grounds.
