Recruiting Trainee Sales Negotiator

Harry Charles Estate Agents is one of Watford’s leading independent agents.  Having been in the market for over 20 years.  We manage over 300 rental properties and are developing a thriving sales business. Based on the St Albans Road, the team comprises of 12 people.

We currently have a position available for a confident and highly-motivated individual looking to become a Sales Negotiator. The ideal candidate will be based in our Watford office, possess good area knowledge and have the drive to move the business forward.

The role will involve qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, and delivering the highest levels of customer service to our vendors and home buyers.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy meeting people, are good on the phone and thrive working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.

Experience in residential sales is advantageous but not essential, as the team provide on the job and professional training to allow you to succeed. The successful candidates must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure, have a professional work ethic, excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and be of smart appearance.

You must hold a full UK/EU driving licence and have access to your own transport. 

The hours of work will be from 9am to 6.00pm Monday-Friday and 9am to 3pm alternative Saturdays.
