Bushey:
Bushey is a small town on the outskirts of Watford.  Bushey has its own train station with direct lines to London or the north.  It has a variety of schools from Ashfield Junior School, Queens, Bushey Mead, Bournehall Primary to St Margaret's co ed independent School.  The high street has plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops.  The area has local attractions including Parents Paradise soft play area, Bushey Rose Gardens to Bushey Museum and art gallery.

Chorleywood:
Chorleywood village is positoned between Rickmansworth and The Chalfonts in Hertfordshire.  The village is only 20 miles from Charing Cross on the Met Line (Zone 7) and 3 stops from London Marylebone.  It also has bus routes to High Wycombe and Watford.  With a comprehensive high street including barbers, restaurants, pubs, butchers and fish mongers.  With award winning school St Clement Danes and Christchurch C of E school plus Chorleywood Primary School and Hollybush Montessori Nursery School the area has a wide variety of schools.  With a large open common with cricket club and tennis courts it has something for everyone. 

Croxley Green:
A thriving area in between Rickmansworth and Watford, Croxley Green is a great area for those commuting, as it has its own train station.  With 2 small high streets boasting a Pilates Studio Vie, Coop, Restaurants, pubs and two doctors surgeries.  Schools are plentiful from York Mead primary and Malvern Way infant school to Rickmansworth Secondary School.  With a large orchard off The Green and playing fields and parks it has something for everyone.  The village also has village pubs - The Coach and Horses and Artichoke, Croxley is a great area for Harry Charles Estate Agents to operate within and find you your perfect home. 

Rickmansworth:
Harry Charles Estate Agents work in this charming town within the Three Rivers District of Southwest Hertfordshire.  17 miles northwest from central London and within the perimeter of the M25.   With tube links to London on the Metropolitan line (Zone 7) and direct to London Marylebone or Aylesbury on the Chiltern Line.  
Rickmansworth is north of the Grand Union Canal and River Colne.  With the large Aquadrome parks and Bury Lakes sailing club.  The town boasts The Watersmeet Theatre, several gastro pubs from The Feathers to the Cart and Horses.  Rickmansworth also has its own Tennis Club with over 6 outdoor courts and clubhouse.

Schooling is excellent in this area from the Royal Masonic for Girls, Merchant Tailors for Boys situated in Moor Park, new academy The Reach, to Cathelic school Joan of Arc to Rickmansworth Secondary school.  
Overall this is an ideal location for families or those starting a career and needing direct access to London or those retiring.

Watford:
Watford is an up and coming area seeing more commuters from London moving out to the area for countryside, better house prices and easy access from Watford Junction into London or the rest of the UK.

Watford is situated northwest of London. The town includes many amenities from the large ATRIA shopping centre with a wide variety of high street and artican shops together with a large CINEWORLD and restaurants. 

On its northern outskirts, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London features props, costumes and sets from the Harry Potter films, including wizard shopping street Diagon Alley. Cassiobury Park has sports facilities and a nature reserve with wetlands. Watford Museum focuses on local history. Herts Fire Museum displays firefighting equipment dating from as far back as the 1850s. 

The latest data shows Watford is ranked as one of the top 10 areas in England with the best access to outstanding schools. This ranks the town as the 10th highest area in the country with the best access to outstanding schools.  From over 42 primary schools, to secondary schools - Watford Grammar School for Boys and Girls, Parmiters Academy and Saint Michaels Catholic High School.  The area also has private schools Haberdashers, Merchant Taylors for boys, The Royal Masonic for Girls and York House School.
