Harry Charles prides itself on providing an outstanding service to our landlords who use our fully managed service. The Property Management Team, are a team of dedicated staff, with years of experience in their field. Each landlord is allocated a property manager who will look after any maintenance issues that arise through the term of each Tenancy. In addition, they visit each property 2 or 3 times every year to ensure properties are being maintained to a satisfactory standard. They will manage the legal requirements too, such as gas safety certificates and will advise landlords of any legislation changes that come into effect. In addition, at the end of the tenancy, the team have been trained by the Tenancy Deposit Service to deal with the return of deposits.
We have a dedicated Accounts Team and therefore a point of contact for all our landlords, should they have any financial queries.
