Natalie started the company in 2002, which she named after her two children Harry & Charlie. Natalie absolutely loves working and places high attention to traditional values of honesty and hard work together with being a stickler for crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s as well as investing in modern technology this has been a key factor in the company becoming one of the leading agents. Her current role within the business is running the after sales team which includes property management and accounts, keeping up to date with ever changing legislation, developing department strategies, and keeping the busy office ticking over.

Russell, originally from Watford having attended Watford Boys Grammar spent his early career working in London at a leading Independent Sales Agency. Moving back to Watford in 2004 he soon joined forces with Natalie and became a Partner later that year. Russell manages the lettings negotiators and his wide experience of the market has contributed much to the company’s ethos and systems which help set it apart from competitor businesses.

Coming from small town in Wales, Dane bought his first property in 1985, within four years he had a substantial property portfolio that financed him travelling the world for three years. Since the 80's he’s been heavily involved in property & investments. He currently manages the Residential Sales Departments for both offices and is very much hands on.

Viv has worked at Harry Charles since 2002 and has a vital role within the Lettings team – working alongside Natalie she makes sure that all our Landlords and contractors get paid! She is also responsible for the return of deposits at the end of the tenancies and keeps an eye on rental payments making sure that any late payments are flagged up to the managers quickly. With over 400 properties to process rents for, her role is not only vital but also a busy one.

Nicky has lived in Watford all her life and has a good knowledge of the area. She is bubbly, friendly and regards customer care very highly, always willing to help others where she can. Nicky’s role is to reference all prospective tenants, draw up all legal paper work and ensure that all the new move in’s run smoothly. Nicky knows the importance of paying great attention to her customers' needs in order to achieve a positive outcome.
